Service Description and Use

Nexus Found LLC provides website design, development, and business automation services, including but not limited to automated booking, email communications, and workflow integrations. Nexus Found LLC also operates SendJob, a job dispatch and automation platform for trades and field service businesses.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Our automated systems are designed to assist your business operations but should be monitored to ensure accuracy.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Nexus Found LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

By submitting a service request form on a SendJob-powered website, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications from the applicable business regarding your service request, including confirmation, technician status updates, and payment links. Nexus Found LLC sends these messages on behalf of its business clients.
